2nd - 8th Grade Soccer
Players in Grade 2 - Grade 8 represent Dansville in one of two soccer leagues.
Second graders play in the East Side Soccer League (ESSL), which is recreational level play among local communities.
Third graders play either for ESSL or for CASL, depending on league availability.
Fourth-Eighth graders play in the Capital Area Soccer League (CASL), which is community-level play with various divisions affiliated with MSYSA throughout the greater Lansing area.
Fall soccer begins the week prior to Labor Day or the week after depending on the league and coaches availability. The season for all teams finishes no later than the second weekend in November.
Spring soccer begins the week prior to Spring Break or the week after depending on the league and coaches availability. The season for all teams finishes no later than the second weekend in June.
Fall registration opens June 15th and is due by July 15th.
Spring registration opens January 15th and is due by February 15th.
The number of teams and age groups are submitted to ESSL and CASL on February 15th and July 15th each year.
PLEASE REGISTER SO WE KNOW WHAT TEAMS TO SUBMIT.
Late registrations up to August 30th for Fall and March 30th for Spring are accepted however team availability may be limited.
Be sure to look for the registration OPEN/CLOSED at the top of our web page prior to registering.
Instructional Soccer
Players in PreK through Grade 1 are invited to participate in our instructional soccer program.
Instructional soccer begins the 2nd full week in September and the 2nd full week in April. Players meet once a week for six weeks for instruction in the fall (Sept-Oct) and Spring (April-May).
Day and time may vary depending on coach availability.
All practices are held at White Oak Township Hall or at Freer Park.
Fall Instructional Registration is due by
August 15th.
Spring Instructional Registration is due by
March 15th.
Late registrations are accepted however shirt availability may be limited. Instructional shirts are handed out in the fall season.
The registration fee for Instructional Soccer is $35 and fees are due at the time of registration.

Registration Fees are due once your player is placed on a team. Please look for an email from the commissioner for details on which team/league your player will be on.

New players must submit a birth certificate, head shot, medical release form, and concussion sheet to be registered with the league.
You will be notified if you need to complete these forms.
Taking a photo of your child from the shoulders up and a photo of your child's birth certificate is sufficient.
Save your files in the following format: FORM NAME - PLAYER NAME (ex/ Medical Release Form - Jim Greiter)
