The DCAA Cheerleading registration is now OPEN for K-6th graders!

• We have added an Instructional (K-2) season for competition only (not cheering at games)

•  Practices start August 18, 2026 and goes through the end of October.

•  Practice days are:

  •  K-2 nd - 10:00am – 12:00pm (Saturday) @ Elementary Gym

  •  3rd/4th - 3:15pm – 5:30pm (Monday/Wednesday) @ Elementary Cafeteria (First day 8/19)

  •  5th/6th - 3:15pm – 5:30pm (Tuesday/Friday) @ Elementary Cafeteria (first day 8/18)

•   Forms and payment must be completed and submitted by the first practice. See registration link below. If you need additional arrangements contact dcaacheercommissioner@gmail.com

•  Registration fee is $100 for 3rd – 6th. K-2 registration fee is $75. Comp registration cost is included in these fees.

•  Cheer t-shirts and bows will be provided (they will get to keep)

•  If paying by check, please make checks payable to Dansville Community Athletic Association and give to the Coach or Commissioner by the end of the first week of practice.   Other options of payment are Cash or credit/debit card (online links included below).

•  Uniforms and poms are provided and must be returned when the season is done.  3rd thru 6 th grade cheerleaders are responsible for long sleeved bodysuits, spanks/biker shorts and shoes.  K-2 will be responsible for shoes and spanks/biker shorts. The coaches will communicate the required bodysuits and preferred shoe choices after registration is closed. 

•  3rd thru 6th grade Cheerleaders will cheer at every football (home AND away) games for their grade.

•  Games will be held on Sunday’s from early September through the end of October.  The official schedule will not be determined until after Labor Day, no sooner. 

•  Our end of the season league competition will most likely be October 24th (date to be confirmed) in Webberville.  All cheerleaders are expected to participate. More info to come closer to the event date.
