Cheerleading📣

The DCAA Cheerleading registration is now CLOSED for 3rd-6th graders!

• Regular practice days are 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs.) from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.  

  • There will be an optional (but highly recommended) practice on Monday's from 5:30pm -7:30pm to work on stunting and tumbling, as we will be using these skills during the season.

•  Forms and payment must be completed and submitted by that date. See registration link below..

  • • Registration fee is $100 to cover the costs of cheer pants and bows (they will get to keep) and their competition fee.

    • If paying by check, please make checks payable to Dansville Community Athletic Association and give to the Coach or Commissioner by the end of the first week of practice. 

    • Other options of payment are Cash, Paypal or credit/debit card (online links included below).

• Uniforms and poms are provided and must be returned when the season is done.

• Cheerleaders are responsible for long sleeved bodysuits, spanks/bloomers and shoes.  The coaches will communicate the required bodysuits and preferred shoe choices after registration is closed. 

• Cheerleaders will cheer at every 3rd/4th or 5th/6th grade football (home AND away) games, which will be held on Sunday’s from early September through the end of October.  The official schedule will not be determined until after Labor Day, no sooner. 

• Our end of the season league competition will be October 25th and will be held in Dansville this year.  All cheerleaders are expected to participate. More info to come closer to the event date.
